Mining Machine Parts

Mining Machine Parts are heavy-duty spare components for underground and open-pit mining operations. Fabricated from high-strength alloy steel and premium tungsten carbide materials, they feature high hardness, exceptional wear resistance and reliable impact toughness to withstand abrasive rock and ore in harsh mining environments.

Our product portfolio includes drill bits, cutter teeth, wear liners, bushings and custom wear-resistant spares. Rigorous quality inspection guarantees stable performance and extended service life during continuous mining work. We supply both standard specifications and custom-made parts to match various mining equipment and project requirements.

Drilling Tools

1.Our drilling tools cover DTH drilling tools and casing following drilling tools.

DTH (Down-The-Hole) drilling tools adopt high-strength alloy steel and tungsten carbide buttons. They deliver high impact energy and fast penetration rate, ideal for hard rock drilling in mining, quarrying and water well projects.

Casing following drilling tools are specially designed for unstable overburden strata such as gravel and sand. The eccentric bit expands to ream the borehole during forward rotation, and the casing advances synchronously to prevent hole collapse. Reverse rotation retracts the eccentric wings for easy retrieval of the drill string.

All our drilling tools feature outstanding wear resistance and impact toughness. Standard sizes and custom specifications are available for different geological conditions.

2. Concentric Drill Bit

The concentric drill bit features an integrated concentric cutting structure without retractable wings. During forward drilling, it cuts and reams the hole to let the casing follow down synchronously. After reaching the target depth, the bit can be directly pulled out from the casing without reverse rotation. It adopts high-strength alloy steel and tungsten carbide buttons, providing stable performance, simple operation and high drilling efficiency. It is widely used in gravel, sandy soil and relatively uniform loose formations for water well drilling, foundation reinforcement and micro-pile projects.

3. Eccentric Drill Bit

The eccentric drill bit is designed with expandable eccentric wings. When rotating forward, the wings stretch outward to enlarge the borehole, enabling the casing to advance and prevent hole collapse. After drilling is completed, reverse rotation retracts the eccentric structure, so the entire drill string can be easily withdrawn from the casing interior. With excellent wear resistance and strong impact resistance, it adapts to severely broken, mixed and complex strata. It is the ideal choice for tough overburden drilling, grouting engineering and tunnel foundation construction.
