Sintered Tungsten Carbide Ball Blank With/Without Belt

Sintered Tungsten Carbide balls, commonly known as tungsten steel balls, tungsten ball, high specific gravity alloy ball and other cemented carbide spherical products, have the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance etc. They can be used in harsh environments and can replace all steel ball products.

Application: precision parts punching and stretching, precision bearings, instruments, meters, pen making, spraying machines, water pumps, mechanical parts, sealing valves, brake pumps, punching holes, oil fields, hydrochloric acid laboratories, hardness testers, fishing gear, counterweights, decoration, finishing and other high-end industries.

What we can do?

* We have various ball molds with different diameters, and fine grinding balls with diameters from 0.3 to 60 mm can be produced.
* Sintered by vacuum integrated furnace or high-pressure sintering furnace, have a good performance, with 100% free of pores and sand holes.
* Blanks with rings and balls can be provided, with grinding tolerances of 0~+0.2 mm.
* Recommend suitable grades according to actual applications. Commonly used grades are: YG6, YG8, YG6X, YG13, YN6, YN9, YN12,YT5, YT15 etc.
* Can be roughly ground, polished, and fine ground.
* Non-standard sizes can be produced according to customer’s drawings and requirements.
